Manzanillo Cuba – Located on Cuba’s southeast coast, the Manzanillo area features a stunning contrast of mountains and beach with the Sierra Maestra range providing the breathtaking backdrop and a white-sand beach below that stretches on for 2 km. The nearby city of Santiago de Cuba is another fine example of the island’s Spanish colonial past as well as being rich in revolution history. This area is also the cradle of much of the popular Cuban music that exists today.
